This is how the money breaks down.

**** marked items are only as guide prices. The invoicing and payment of these items are between yourself and the provider; we provide advice on solutions that are suitable and offer value for money.

** As a guide. This includes approximately 10 hours of face to face or over the phone meetings to work with you setting up the catalog of products and understanding your preferences for templates, layouts and services. This includes the behind the scenes setting up of the webspace as required for the operation of the e-commerce application; such as ssl certificates, folder access, databases, email accounts. This inlcudes setting the payment service interface and a delivery calculations table as well as limited template modification and customisation. In short to have your ecommerce site up and running on a solid foundation and so you have sufficient knowledge and skills to administrate your site and manage the content in an optimised manner. The extra "nice to have" modifications can be made after your site is operating. We never forget it is your site. We include guidance for how to add search engine friendly content but do not include data entry for products and content; usually you and your staff are best for this, but we can arrange extra help or database migration if required.

Terms of payment are 50% of our fee on engagement of our services and 50% of our fee one calendar month later. Payment for any and all hosting solutions, web services, software or other third party services are paid direct to provider and in advance.
